The minister, who was travelling from Delhi to Jabalpur, was reported missing, leading to a search operation.
After nearly three hours of frantic searching, authorities discovered Oram aboard another train at Sihora station, bearing injuries to his hand.
Reports suggest that he had stepped off the train at Damoh station to get food but slipped while attempting to reboard the moving train, causing his injury.
In response to rumours surrounding the incident, Oram issued a statement dismissing speculation. He confirmed his presence at an official event in Mandla, Jabalpur, and assured the public of his safety upon returning to Delhi.
