Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sister Claims Murder by Two Individuals, Rejects CBI Report

In a startling revelation, Shweta Singh Kirti, the sister of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has claimed that her brother was murdered by two individuals.

Speaking on journalist Shubhankar Mishra’s podcast, Shweta cited insights from two mental health professionals—one based in the U.S. and another in Mumbai—who independently told her that Sushant was killed.

Shweta questioned the suicide narrative, pointing out inconsistencies in the room’s layout and the absence of typical signs like ligature marks or furniture used for hanging. “There was no chair in the room.

If someone were to hang themselves, they’d need something to climb on,” she said. She also noted that the marks on Sushant’s neck resembled a thin chain rather than a scarf or rope.

Adding to her claims, Shweta mentioned that a spiritual practitioner and another psychologist—both unaware of each other—also contacted her with similar accounts, stating that two people were involved in the alleged murder.

Despite these assertions, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) maintains that there was no foul play. Their closure report found no evidence of coercion, illegal confinement, or financial exploitation by Rhea Chakraborty or others. The agency concluded that Sushant’s death was not a criminal act.

However, Sushant’s family has rejected the CBI’s findings. Their lawyer, Varun Singh, called the report “a farce” and announced plans to file a protest petition, citing a lack of thorough investigation and missing documentation.

The controversy surrounding Sushant’s death continues to stir public emotion and demand for clarity, reigniting calls for justice more than five years after the actor’s passing.
