Shri Asutosh Rath Elevated as NALCO Executive Director (HR)
Shri Asutosh Rath has been elevated to the position of Executive Director (Human Resource ) of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO).
Shri Rath, while serving as CGM (HR) with additional charge of ED (HR), has made exemplary contributions across multiple HR verticals, including talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Under his leadership, the HR function at NALCO’s Corporate Headquarters has been strengthened through effective synergy with units and offices, driving efficiency, workforce motivation, effective public relations and corporate communication, empathetic CSR initiatives and strategic human capital initiatives.
