Shah Rukh Khan Honoured With Landmark Dubai Tower Named After Him
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has achieved yet another milestone in his illustrious career, with a newly launched commercial tower in Dubai officially bearing his name.
The project, titled Shahrukhz by Danube, was unveiled at a grand event in Mumbai, followed by a heartfelt video message from the actor.
Reflecting on his journey, Khan spoke about dreaming big despite humble beginnings and the absence of industry connections. “Some emperors are born in palaces. And some are born from a simple question: Is this possible?” he said, underscoring the power of ambition and perseverance.
The promotional video showcased the tower’s luxury amenities and premium design, symbolising excellence and aspiration.
Expressing gratitude, Khan described the honour as “humbling and deeply touching”, noting that Dubai has always been a city that celebrates dreams and ambition. He also praised Danube Properties for sharing the same spirit of excellence.
Following blockbuster hits like Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki in 2023, Khan is set to appear next in Siddharth Anand’s upcoming film King, alongside Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Abhishek Bachchan.
