SĀDHANA Saptah 2026: Odisha Launches Mission Karmayogi Capacity Building Drive

Organized by the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, the week‑long initiative (April 2–8) emphasizes performance‑linked learning through the iGOT Karmayogi digital platform.

All officials are required to complete at least four hours of digital learning, including one AI Daksh course for a badge and one Marketplace course for Karmayogi Utkarsh certification.

The program also features Samuhik Charcha (group discussions/webinars) on governance and blended learning sessions by training institutions.

Senior officials, including Development Commissioner Deoranjan Kumar Singh and DG Chithra Arumugam, attended the launch, underscoring Odisha’s commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and citizen‑centric governance.
