Parul Patawari Takes Charge as SSEPD Director in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, July 30, (OT Webdesk) — Parul Patawari, former Collector of Rayagada district, officially assumed charge as Director of Odisha’s Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD).

The joining ceremony was marked by a warm welcome from Additional Secretary Sonia Behera and attended by senior officials, including Jayashree Tripathy, Bhaskar Raito, and Deepak Routaray.

Known for her bold and effective leadership, Patawari was lauded for spearheading developmental initiatives in Rayagada that earned widespread public appreciation.

Her new role is expected to invigorate the SSEPD department’s mission of fostering social inclusion and empowering persons with disabilities across the state.
