Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 Sets Guinness World Record with 3.53 Crore Registrations
(OT Webdesk) In a landmark achievement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flagship student outreach initiative, Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), has earned a Guinness World Record for the highest number of registrations on a citizen engagement platform in a single month.
The eighth edition of PPC saw a staggering 3.53 crore valid registrations on the MyGov platform, underscoring its growing impact on students, parents, and educators nationwide.
The award was presented in New Delhi, in the presence of Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Jitin Prasada, along with senior officials and Guinness adjudicator Rishi Nath.
Launched in 2018, PPC transforms exam season into a celebration of learning, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The 2025 edition reached 21 crore viewers, offering practical advice on time management, digital distractions, and emotional resilience.
Union Education Minister Pradhan praised PM Modi’s vision for making exams stress-free, while Vaishnaw highlighted the initiative’s role in preparing youth for careers in Amrit Kaal. Prasada commended MyGov’s tech-driven citizen engagement.
This record-breaking feat is seen as a collective triumph, reinforcing the message that exams are not an end, but a beginning.
