Ollywood Actor Satyaki Mishra Alleges Death Threats in Cuttack Business Dispute

Cuttack, Odisha: Ollywood actor Satyaki Mishra has alleged that he and his family are facing death threats over a long‑standing property and business dispute.

The conflict revolves around Cuttack Student Store, a publishing establishment founded by Mishra’s grandfather and later managed by his father.

Mishra accused his brothers, Sabyasachi and Soumitri Mishra, of attempting to unlawfully seize control of the business.

On February 6, the brothers allegedly entered his residence, abused his 84‑year‑old father, threatened the family, and misbehaved with female relatives.

Despite lodging a complaint at Purighat Police Station, Mishra claims no action has been taken.

He has since approached the Cuttack DCP, seeking intervention and protection for his family.

Mishra stated that compromise attempts have failed and the situation has escalated, demanding strict legal action and security for his elderly father and relatives.
