Bhubaneswar, (Orissa Today), June 3: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2024 results were announced on Monday. Conducted by the OJEE board, the exam took place from May 6 to 10 through Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
Sagarika Dash emerged as the topper among OJEE qualifiers for B Pharma, while Suryakanta Prushy secured the highest rank among candidates for MBA admission.
Successful candidates will undergo counseling for admission to their chosen courses in various institutions across Odisha. OJEE serves as a prerequisite for admission into B Pharma, MBA, Bachelor, Ayurvedic, and Homoeopathic courses.
The exam covered a range of technical and professional courses offered by government and private institutes/universities for the academic year 2024-25. Test centers were set up in all 30 districts of the state, with a total of 57 centers in 30 cities within Odisha and 3 centers outside the state in Kolkata, Ranchi, and Patna.
This year, a total of 65,742 candidates registered for the examination, with 56,047 candidates (85.25%) appearing for the test. Out of these, 56,000 candidates have been assigned ranks based on their performance in the examination.
