(OT Webdesk)In a major action on Thursday, Odisha Vigilance teams launched simultaneous raids at six locations linked to Dileswar Majhi, the Assistant Executive Engineer of Titlagarh R&B Sub-Division under Kantabanji R&B Division.
The operation stems from allegations of amassing disproportionate assets.
Searches are underway at multiple premises across Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, and Bolangir districts, including two double-storeyed residences, a market complex, government housing, an office chamber, and a government quarter.
The raid was sanctioned by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bolangir.
The search operation is being executed by a high-powered team of 5 DSPs, 8 Inspectors, and supporting personnel. Vigilance officials are expected to disclose further details once the investigation concludes.
