Bhubaneswar, Mar 26 : Jatni municipality Executive Engineer Suryamani Pattajoshi was on Wednesday arrested by the Odisha vigilance in a disproportionate assets (DA) case.
He was later forwarded to the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
Vigilance sources said the Executive Officer, Jatni Municipality was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 4 high value flats at Bhubaneswar, 2 multi storeyed buildings at Berhampur, 11 plots, gold ornaments approximately 475 gms, cash Rs.17 lakhs, deposits over Rs. 90 lakhs which he could not account for satisfactorily.(UNI)
