Odisha Plus 2 Evaluation Starts April 2, Results in May
The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has announced that evaluation of Plus 2 examination answer scripts will commence on April 2, 2026.
The process will be conducted in two phases — April 2–13 and April 15–26 — involving nearly 16,000 teachers across the state.
Subjects in Science, Commerce, and select Arts streams will undergo digital e‑evaluation, while Arts and vocational papers will be checked manually.
To manage the massive workload of nearly 25 lakh answer scripts, CHSE has set up 151 evaluation centres (76 offline and 75 online).
Strict security protocols will be enforced, including restrictions on mobile phones and mandatory entry/exit logging for teachers.
Each day’s work will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with technical staff deployed to ensure smooth functioning of e‑evaluation systems.
CHSE has targeted completion of the evaluation process by the end of April, with results expected to be published in the third week of May 2026.
This timeline is crucial for students preparing for higher education admissions and competitive examinations.
