Odisha Pavilion at IITF 2025 Showcases Culture, Investments, and Vision 2036

New Delhi, November 17, 2025 — Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, visited the Odisha Pavilion at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, underscoring the state’s growing prominence as both a cultural hub and an investment destination.

The pavilion, designed to align with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives, as well as Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi’s Odisha Vision 2036, highlighted opportunities ranging from agro-products and rural artisan handicrafts to industrial growth.

Singh Deo praised the artistic displays and emphasised their role in fostering employment and economic development.

During his tour, the Deputy CM engaged with rural artisans and entrepreneurs, boosting their morale and encouraging innovation.

He also visited the Union Power Ministry’s pavilion, where discussions centred on renewable energy, green technologies, and sustainable alternatives to hydropower.

Later, at the Union Agriculture Ministry’s pavilion, Singh Deo exchanged insights with farmers and experts from across India.

Adding to the day’s significance, Manipur’s Additional Chief Secretary, Anurag Bajpayee, lauded the Odisha Pavilion’s layout, decorations, and artisanal excellence.

The pavilion continues to attract large crowds, symbolising Odisha’s rich cultural heritage and forward-looking economic ambitions on an international stage.
