Odisha Matric Answer Sheet Evaluation Begins | Results by May
The Odisha Board of Secondary Education has commenced the evaluation of matriculation answer sheets across 51 centres in the state.
Nearly 15,000 examiners have been deployed to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
While the OMR sheets were evaluated earlier, examiners are now focusing on subjective papers.
To maintain fairness, strict measures have been implemented — including CCTV surveillance at evaluation centres and a ban on mobile phones for examiners.
Officials have emphasised accuracy and error‑free assessment, with the board aiming to publish results by the first or second week of May.
The timely completion of this process is expected to bring relief to thousands of students awaiting their results.
