Odisha Govt Transfers Three Young IAS Officers in Routine Reshuffle

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has carried out a minor administrative reshuffle, transferring three young IAS officers to new postings in an effort to strengthen district‑level administration.

Akshay Pille (2022 batch) has been appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Executive Officer of Jagatsinghpur Zilla Parishad.

His earlier transfer to Paradip as Additional District Magistrate was cancelled.

Arugula Sneha (2022 batch) has been posted as CDO and Executive Officer of Puri Zilla Parishad.

She will also serve as the Commissioner of Puri Municipal Corporation. Her previous transfer to Mayurbhanj was withdrawn.

Kasturi Panda (2023 batch) has been shifted from the Sub‑Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Karanjia to the SDM of Baripada in Mayurbhanj district under Section 14(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Officials described the reshuffle as a routine cadre adjustment aimed at ensuring effective governance and administrative efficiency across districts.
