- Surendra Kumar Panda: Appointed Chief General Manager (P&A), IDCO, Bhubaneswar (from Health & Family Welfare).
- Soojata Mesra: Moved to Higher Education Department as Special Secretary (from ST & SC Development).
- Niti Ranjan Sen: Posted as Managing Director, State Seeds Corporation Ltd. (from Labour & ESI).
- Shiv Shankar Mishra: Assigned as Project Administrator, ITDA, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj (from Forest & Environment).
- Gourabamaya Pradhan: Becomes Additional Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Angul (from Sub-Collector, Kuchinda).
- Poonam Rout: Now Deputy Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department (from ITDA, Keonjhar).
