The restructuring, undertaken by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, intends to optimize operations in key sectors such as education, health, and infrastructure.

Among the notable transfers, Lopamudra Mohanty has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the School and Mass Education Department, while Santi Sudha Patra has taken on the role of Joint Secretary in the Higher Education Department. Furthermore, Surendra Meher has been designated as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Birmaharajpur, Subarnapur.
