Schools have adjusted schedules to help students cope with freezing mornings, while farmers express concern over crop stress caused by the cold.
Health experts advise residents to stay indoors during early mornings and late nights, wear warm clothing, and consume hot fluids to fight the chill.
Elderly citizens and children remain the most vulnerable during this season.
The cold wave has stretched across Odisha, leaving communities struggling to stay warm and adapt to the harsh winter conditions.
