Bhubaneswar, (OT Webdesk)– The Odisha Higher Education Department has extended the deadline for Plus 3 admissions, giving students additional time to submit their applications through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.
Candidates now have until June 4, 11:45 PM, to complete their Common Application Form (CAF) online.
Students who have already applied can utilise this window to make corrections or upload their Class 12 marks before finalising their submissions.
The provisional merit lists and waiting lists for the first, second, and third rounds of admissions will be released soon after the application deadline.
Additionally, students from the Socially and Educationally Backwards Classes (SEBC) must ensure they submit valid certificates during the admission process.
Under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Odisha’s academic programs allow students to choose from various study combinations, including one major and two minors, two majors, or three minors.
The extension provides much-needed relief to students still in the process of completing their applications, ensuring they don’t miss out on higher education opportunities in the state.
