Odisha CM’s Grievance Hearing Postponed: New Date to Be Announced Soon

Bhubaneswar, Sept 4 — The Odisha Chief Minister’s scheduled public grievance hearing, originally set for Monday, September 8, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, according to an official statement from the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.

The hearing was to be held at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery, Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

Hundreds of citizens had registered online to present their complaints directly to the Chief Minister, making the postponement a significant disruption for many awaiting redressal.

Officials assured that all registered grievances will be addressed in the next hearing camp, with revised dates and timings to be announced through media channels. The department urged citizens to remain patient and reiterated its commitment to resolving public concerns in a timely and transparent manner.

This marks a rare deferment of the CM’s grievance outreach, a platform widely regarded for its accessibility and responsiveness to citizen issues.
