Odisha CM Majhi Unveils ‘Samruddha Odisha’ Vision in High-Level Delhi Meetings

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi made a pivotal visit to New Delhi, engaging with top national leaders to advance the state’s ambitious development blueprint—“Odisha Vision 2036 | 2047.” In a courtesy meeting with President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhawan, CM Majhi outlined his vision for a prosperous “Samruddha Odisha,” emphasising infrastructure upgrades, industrial expansion, and inclusive socio-economic growth.

The Chief Minister also held strategic discussions with Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, focusing on enhancing Odisha’s railway network, fostering the semiconductor industry, and strengthening the state’s IT ecosystem.

These initiatives align with the Centre’s push for innovation and connectivity across India’s eastern corridor.

Furthering his outreach, Majhi met Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to seek support for urban infrastructure development. The talks highlighted Odisha’s proactive stance in securing Central assistance for transformative projects.

Majhi’s engagements signal a new era of Centre-State synergy, positioning Odisha as a rising force in India’s growth narrative.
