
Odisha CM Majhi meets Naveen Patnaik, inquires about his health
Bhubaneswar, Aug 23 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today met Leader of Opposition and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik at his residence to inquire about his health condition.
Patnaik was recently discharged from a private hospital, where he was admitted on August 17 following complaints of dehydration.
The Chief Minister visited Naveen Niwas this morning, interacted with the former Chief Minister, and discussed his health condition. Majhi spent a few minutes with Patnaik and wished him good health.
Later, sharing on social media platform X, Majhi wrote, “I met the Leader of Opposition Shri @Naveen_Odisha at his residence in Bhubaneswar and enquired about his health. I pray to Lord Jagannath for his good health and long life.”
Earlier, on August 20, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also spoken to Patnaik while he was undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The Prime Minister wished him a speedy recovery, advised him to take rest, and invited him to visit Delhi soon.
