Bhubaneswar, June 6, ( OT webdesk)– In a significant move aimed at strengthening Odisha’s administrative workforce, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi presided over a recruitment drive at the Rail Auditorium in Bhubaneswar, where he handed appointment letters to 1,294 newly selected candidates across seven government departments.

During the event, CM Majhi emphasised the importance of efficiency, transparency, and a service-oriented approach in governance.

He encouraged the new recruits to work diligently and contribute to the state’s development, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to improved governance.

The ceremony saw the presence of key dignitaries, including Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, Health Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond, and Industry Minister Sampad Swain, among others.

Their participation underscored the government’s focus on strengthening administrative efficiency and fostering a transparent system.
