Bhubaneswar, July 29 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed heartfelt condolences over the tragic death of several Kanwariyas in a road accident in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
Taking to his X handle, Majhi posted, “May Mahaprabhu Jagannath and Baba Baidyanath grant eternal peace to the departed souls, give strength to their families, and bless the injured with a swift and full recovery.”
Former Chief Minister and BJD President Naveen Patnaik also took to X to express his grief, saying he was “deeply saddened to learn about the tragic loss of so many Kanwariyas after the bus carrying them met with an accident in Deoghar, Jharkhand.”
“My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families in this hour of grief,” Patnaik wrote, while also wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
