Odias Stranded in Conflict Zones to Be Safely Evacuated, Confirms Odisha CM

Odisha Chief Minister has held discussions with the central government to ensure the safe return of Odias stranded in conflict‑affected regions, including Dubai and other Middle Eastern countries.

The Ministry of External Affairs has already initiated rescue operations, prioritising the safety of all Indian citizens caught in these zones.

Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan confirmed that the Prime Minister is giving special importance to the evacuation process, ensuring that citizens—whether from Odisha or other states—do not face hardship while returning home.

The coordinated efforts highlight the government’s commitment to safeguarding lives during international crises.
