OAVs Gear Up for Smooth Conduct of CBSE Board Examinations in Odisha
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas (OAVs) are making meticulous preparations to ensure the seamless conduct of the upcoming CBSE Board Examinations.
A high-level review meeting chaired by Dr N. Thirumala Naik, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the School & Mass Education Department, brought together principals from across the state to assess last year’s performance and finalise strategies for this year’s exams.
The meeting emphasised strict adherence to CBSE guidelines, robust logistics, examination security, and student support systems.
Principals were directed to strengthen academic interventions, counselling, and grievance redressal mechanisms to safeguard student welfare.
This year, 17,041 Class X students from 250 OAVs and 4,747 Class XII Science students from 214 OAVs will appear for the exams at designated centres across Odisha.
Senior officials, including the State Project Director, Additional Secretary, Joint Director, and Deputy Director of OAV, S, participated in the session, underscoring the collective commitment to transparency and excellence.
With strong coordination and planning, OAVs aim to deliver a fair, efficient, and student-friendly examination process.
