JSW Foundation Inaugurates New Building at Sahayata Old Age Home in Rengali

( OT Webdesk) In a significant step toward promoting inclusive community welfare, JSW Foundation has inaugurated and officially handed over the newly constructed facilities at Sahayata Old Age Home, Rengali.

This initiative was undertaken keeping in mind the specific needs of the elderly residents at the home.

Responding to the heartfelt request of the residents, JSW Foundation constructed four rooms and three combined toilet-cum-bathrooms, ensuring greater comfort and hygiene for the senior citizens.

This thoughtful addition aims to improve the living conditions and overall well-being of the beneficiaries.

The new infrastructure was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Mrs. Neelam Singh, President – Akanksha Ladies Club, JSW BPSL and Mr. Vishal Raj, Head – CSR, JSW Foundation (Sambalpur & Jharsuguda); alongside officials of JSW Foundation and the civil team of JSW BPSL and members of the Akanksha Ladies Club.

Mr. Himanshu Sekhar Mishra, President of Sahayata Old Age Home, also attended and extended its gratitude to JSW Foundation for this impactful initiative.

The facilities were formally handed over to Mr. Sashibhusan Sahu, the caretaker of the Old Age Home, who will oversee the upkeep and management of the new infrastructure to ensure its long-term benefit to the elderly residents.

This initiative has received heartfelt appreciation from the community and the residents further reinforcing JSW Foundation’s commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life across its operational areas.
