Indian cricket team seeks blessings at Jagannath Temple ahead of Barabati ODI

Bhubaneswar,(Orissa Today) Feb 8: The Indian cricket team arrived at the Shree Jagannath Temple early in the morning under tight security. The players received a warm welcome from the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) before proceeding for their prayers.
Escorted through the Beherana Dwara, the team reached the Ratna Singhasan, where they offered prayers to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra. Following their darshan, the players expressed their joy and gratitude for the divine experience.
With a crucial ODI match against England just a day away, the Indian team hopes to channel the divine energy from their temple visit into their on-field performance, aiming for a strong start to the series.
India secured a thrilling four-wicket victory over England on February 6 at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. Key performances from Shubman Gill (87), Shreyas Iyer (59), and Axar Patel (52) helped India take a 1-0 lead in the three-match ODI series.
