Bhubaneswar, (Orissa Today), Nov 25: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light to moderate rainfall in several regions of Odisha for four days starting from November 28. According to the Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar, dry weather will prevail across the state for the next 24 hours. However, shallow to moderate fog is expected in isolated areas of Sundargarh, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, and Koraput during this period.
On November 28, light rain is predicted in a few places in the districts of Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Balasore, and Jagatsinghpur, while the rest of the state will remain dry. On November 29, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely in Ganjam and Gajapati, while other districts will continue to experience dry conditions.
The IMD further mentioned that there will be no significant change in the minimum (night) temperature over the next 24 hours. However, the night temperature is expected to rise by 2-4°C in the following four days. In the last 24 hours, Paralakhemundi recorded the highest temperature at 31.8°C, while Phulbani recorded the lowest at 10°C.
