Dhurandhar Trailer: Ranveer Singh’s Explosive Spy Comeback in Aditya Dhar’s Action Thriller
Mumbai witnessed high drama on Tuesday as the makers of Dhurandhar unveiled its explosive trailer, marking Ranveer Singh’s grand comeback to the big screen.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller promises a dark, violent, and high‑voltage cinematic experience.
The trailer opens with Arjun Rampal as Major Iqbal, chillingly dubbed the “Angel of Death,” who vows to “bleed India with a thousand cuts.” R Madhavan appears as Sanyal, an intelligence chief inspired by real‑life spymaster Ajit Doval, while Akshaye Khanna and Sunny Deol add unpredictability and chaos to the narrative.
Ranveer Singh’s entry electrifies the screen as he declares to “drown their firecrackers with his bomb,” setting the tone for a montage of gunfights, explosions, and close‑combat sequences. Hours before the launch, Ranveer revealed his character poster, describing himself as the “wrath of God.”
The trailer launch, initially delayed due to the Delhi bomb blast and veteran actor Dharmendra’s health concerns, was met with overwhelming fan enthusiasm.
