Dharmendra Pradhan’s Two‑Day Odisha Tour: Puri, Cuttack, Bhadrak Programs
Bhubaneswar, Nov 21: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan arrived in Odisha on a two‑day tour, receiving a grand welcome at Bhubaneswar airport from hundreds of BJP leaders and workers. Traditional music and dance marked his reception, underscoring his rising stature within the party.
Pradhan’s itinerary includes a visit to Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, participation in the birth anniversary celebrations of Utkal Keshari Dr Harekrushna Mahatab in Cuttack, and programs in Bhadrak.
His Odisha visit comes on the heels of the NDA’s sweeping victory in Bihar, where the alliance secured 202 seats.
Pradhan, credited as a key strategist behind the BJP’s electoral successes in Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Odisha, and Haryana, continues to play a decisive role in shaping the party’s national strategy.
With deep roots in Bihar politics since his Rajya Sabha election in 2012, Pradhan’s OBC background has further strengthened BJP–JD(U) ties. His growing influence highlights his importance not only in Odisha but across India’s political landscape.
