Deogarh Triple Murder: Family Dispute Turns Deadly

In a shocking incident at Gariapali village in Deogarh district, a domestic quarrel escalated into a brutal crime.

Ramesh Garia (52) attacked his wife, Gul Garia (42), with a hammer following a heated dispute.

When his daughter-in-law Lipi (24) and granddaughter Ishani (4) tried to intervene, they too were fatally assaulted. All three victims died on the spot.

The accused fled immediately after the attack. His son lodged a complaint with the Kundheigola police station, prompting a swift investigation.

Senior officials, including Deogarh SP Anil Kumar Mishra and SDPO Ramesh Mahana, visited the crime scene. Police are now searching for Ramesh, who remains absconding.
