Darshan at Puri Jagannath Temple to Remain Closed from 5–10 PM on Ram Navami
Puri: Devotees visiting the Shree Jagannatha Temple in Puri will face a temporary suspension of darshan on Friday, March 27, 2026, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
The Shree Jagannatha Temple Administration (SJTA) has announced that the closure is necessary to facilitate special rituals marking Chaitra Shukla Shree Rama Navami tithi.
During this period, the temple will conduct the Madhyana Bhog offering followed by the sacred Shree Rama Janma Niti, commemorating the birth of Lord Rama.
Authorities have urged devotees to plan their visits accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
The temple will reopen for darshan after the completion of the rituals.
