Cuttack Unveils First-Ever Official Anthem for Bali Yatra Festival
In a landmark cultural initiative, the Cuttack administration has launched the first official song for the historic Bali Yatra festival.
Titled “Aama Aitihasika Bali Yatra” (Our Historic Bali Yatra), the anthem celebrates Odisha’s rich maritime legacy and the spirit of trade and cultural exchange that the festival commemorates.
The launch marks a significant step in branding the iconic event, which draws lakhs of visitors annually to the banks of the Mahanadi River.
The anthem is expected to amplify the festive atmosphere and deepen public engagement, especially among youth and digital audiences.
Officials emphasised that the song will be used across promotional campaigns, social media, and live performances during the week-long celebration.
With its evocative lyrics and vibrant composition, the anthem aims to become a cultural touchstone for generations to come.
