Cuttack Commissionerate Police Rolls Out Traffic Blueprint for Bali Yatra 2025

Cuttack, Nov 5: As Bali Yatra 2025 kicks off in Cuttack, the Commissionerate Police has unveiled a comprehensive traffic and parking management plan to ensure smooth mobility and public safety throughout the week-long cultural extravaganza.

Traffic restrictions will be enforced daily from 2 PM until crowd dispersal, with emergency vehicles exempted.

Visitors arriving from Bhubaneswar via Nandankanan and Netaji Setu are advised to divert at Bellevue Chhak and park at Bhuasuni Ground or Krushak Bazaar Ground, with shuttle services ferrying them to the fairgrounds.

Two-wheelers from Athagarh, Banki, and Satichaura have designated parking zones at Gora Kabar, Christian Ground, Daya Ashram, and Upper Bali Yatra Ground (Zones I & II).

Entry for four-wheelers and auto-rickshaws is restricted near Deer Park, Madhukunj Park Square, and Chandi Chhak.

The fair spans over 60 acres and hosts around 1,700 stalls from Odisha and beyond, celebrating the state’s maritime legacy.

A special segment titled ‘Cuttack in Cuttack’ showcases local art, literature, and heritage, alongside installations by ORMAS and small traders.

Authorities urge visitors to adhere to the traffic advisory and use designated parking zones to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
