CM Mohan Majhi Unveils ‘Ama Shasan’ to Empower Grassroots Governance

Bhubaneswar, August 26(OT Webdesk): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today launched the state government’s flagship initiative ‘Ama Shasan’ at Lok Seva Bhawan, marking a significant step toward strengthening grassroots governance.

The programme, unveiled at the CM’s Conference Hall at 11:30 AM, aims to foster greater public participation in decision-making and enhance transparency and accountability across administrative processes.

Senior ministers, top bureaucrats, and dignitaries attended the launch event.

Speaking at the ceremony, officials emphasised that ‘Ama Shasan’ is designed to empower citizens by enabling direct engagement with governance mechanisms.

The initiative is expected to bridge the gap between the government and the people, ensuring that policies reflect ground realities and community needs.
