CHSE Odisha Mandates SIP Data Submission or No Admit Cards for AHSE 2026
(OT Webdesk)In a decisive move to streamline examination protocols, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has issued a stern directive to all affiliated Higher Secondary Schools and Composite Colleges: submit accurate Staff In Position (SIP) data via the SAMS portal—or risk losing access to student admit cards for the Annual Higher Secondary Examination (AHSE) 2026.
The notification, released by Dr. Prasanta Kumar Parida, Controller of Examinations, outlines a strict submission window from August 29 to September 30, 2025.
Institutions must upload complete teaching staff details, including WhatsApp numbers, email IDs, and dates of joining.
Only staff designated as Junior Lecturers or Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and above are eligible. Demonstrators and debarred teachers are explicitly barred from inclusion.
CHSE emphasised that this data is essential for preparing the teachers’ gradation list, which determines examination duty assignments.
Non-compliance will result in withheld admit cards—no hard copies or email submissions will be entertained.
The directive applies to all Government and Government-aided institutions, including SSD and Upgraded schools, while self-financing schools are exempt.
Labelled “MOST URGENT,” the notification signals CHSE’s intent to enforce accountability and ensure a seamless examination process for AHSE 2026.
