Chocolate Sculpture of President Murmu to Debut on Pakhala Day
Bhubaneswar is set to witness a unique fusion of culinary art and cultural tradition as a massive chocolate sculpture of President Droupadi Murmu will be unveiled on Pakhala Day.
Crafted at the Chocolate Club in Bomikhal, the artwork has been created using several hundred kilos of chocolate by a dedicated team of 15 artists.
The unveiling, scheduled for tomorrow, coincides with the celebration of Pakhala Day, a festival deeply rooted in Odisha’s cultural identity.
Organizers say the tribute not only honours the President but also showcases Odisha’s creativity and craftsmanship on a national stage.
This initiative highlights how modern artistry can blend seamlessly with tradition, offering a sweet tribute that resonates with both regional pride and national admiration.
