Chandra Sekhar Padhi Reappointed as OSD in Odisha Water Resources Department
The Odisha Government has reaffirmed its confidence in senior engineer Chandra Sekhar Padhi by reappointing him as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) cum Engineer-in-Chief in the Water Resources Department.
Padhi, who previously served as Engineer-in-Chief, has been entrusted once again with overseeing critical water resource projects across the state.
