The announcement, made via an official order from Sankha Bhawan and signed by party supremo Naveen Patnaik, signals the party’s intent to decentralise leadership and empower emerging voices ahead of crucial political milestones.
The newly appointed leaders are:
- Shri Bikram Panda for Ganjam
- Shri Shiva Prasad Bhol for Kendrapara
- Shri Pradip Kumar Dishari for Kalahandi
- Shri Prafulla Singh for Cuttack
These appointments are expected to enhance local outreach, improve coordination with the state headquarters, and align district-level strategies with evolving socio-political dynamics.
