Bhubaneswar Police Inspector Transfer 2025: Commissionerate Reshuffle Highlights
The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Police Commissionerate has announced a series of transfers at the Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) level, aimed at enhancing public service delivery across the Twin City.
According to the official notification, Inspector Sushree Sarmistha Suna has been shifted from CP Headquarters to Sree Lingaraj Police Station as Additional IIC.
Inspector Jyoti Ranjan Parida has been posted to the Cyber Crime & Economic Offences Police Station, while Inspector Dibyasmita Baliarsingh moves to Badagada Police Station as Additional IIC.
Inspector Prasanna Kumar Jena has been appointed as In-Charge of Balakati Out Post under Balianta Police Station.
In a related update, minor modifications were made to earlier transfer orders.
The transfer of Inspector Stalin Biswal from Jatni to Nayapalli Police Station has been cancelled, allowing him to continue at Jatni. Consequently, Inspector Manas Kumar Sahoo, originally posted to Jatni, has now been directed to join Nayapalli Police Station.
Notification No. 1591 instructs all affected officers to report to their new postings without delay.
Officials clarified that these changes are part of routine administrative measures designed to optimise police operations and address evolving operational needs within the Commissionerate.
