Allu Cinemas Opens in Hyderabad with Asia’s Largest Dolby Screen on March 18
Hyderabad is set to welcome a new landmark in cinematic experiences as Allu Cinemas, located inside the Allu Studios complex at Kokapet, officially opens its doors on March 18, 2026.
The launch will feature paid previews of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh in dual roles alongside Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt.
The theatre will be inaugurated on March 12 by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
Boasting India’s largest Dolby Cinema and Hyderabad’s first, Allu Cinemas offers a 75‑foot‑wide screen—the second largest Dolby Cinema screen globally and the biggest in Asia.
Equipped with Dolby Vision 3D projection and Dolby Atmos sound systems, the venue promises an unmatched immersive experience.
A soft launch and technical testing were conducted in January, attended by Allu Arjun and his family.
Following Dhurandhar 2, audiences can look forward to Ustaad Bhagat Singh starring Pawan Kalyan, which begins screening on March 19.
Advance bookings opened on March 7, coinciding with the trailer release of Dhurandhar 2.
The management has assured moviegoers of a world‑class cinematic journey, making Allu Cinemas a new cultural hotspot in Hyderabad.
