A Festival of Protection and Bonding. Kutie Kids Preschool Celebrates Rakhi Purnima

BHUBANESWAR(OT Webdesk): Kutie Kids Preschool in IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, was abuzz with joy and excitement today as students and teachers came together to celebrate Rakhi Purnima. The campus was adorned with festive decorations, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the special occasion.

The celebration, centred around the theme of sibling love and bonding, saw young students enthusiastically participating in the age-old tradition of tying rakhis.

With colourful threads and heartfelt smiles, the children tied rakhis on each other’s wrists and offered sweets, a beautiful gesture symbolising the promise to protect and care for one another.

Mrs Sanjukta Panda, Principal of Kutie Kids, conducted the program in collaboration with LIGHT Trust.

Teachers at the preschool took the opportunity to interact with the students, explaining the rich history and significance of Rakhi Purnima.

They shared stories about the festival’s origins and its importance in strengthening the bond between siblings.

The interactive session helped the children understand that the festival is not just about a thread but about the deep love, respect, and support shared between brothers and sisters.

The event served as a wonderful platform for the students to learn about Indian traditions and cultural values in a fun and engaging way.

The celebration at Kutie Kids Preschool highlighted the essence of Rakhi Purnima, fostering a sense of community, love, and togetherness among the young learners.
