
Odisha CM Applauds National Topper Awardees from State’s ITIs
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended heartfelt congratulations to Pramod Dalpati and Jitendra Pradhan, two outstanding students from the state who were honoured with the prestigious ‘All India Topper Award 2025’ at the Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh held in New Delhi.
Pramod Dalpati, representing Government ITI Phulbani in Kandhamal district, secured top honours in the Electronics Mechanic trade.
Jitendra Pradhan, an alumnus of Government ITI Hinjilicut in Ganjam and currently pursuing studies at NSTI Bhubaneswar, emerged as the national topper in the Electrician trade.
The Chief Minister praised their achievements, stating that their success reflects the strength of Odisha’s vocational training ecosystem and brings pride to the state.
He emphasised the role of skill development in empowering youth and positioning Odisha as a hub for technical excellence.
This recognition by the Prime Minister not only celebrates individual merit but also highlights the effectiveness of Odisha’s skilling initiatives in producing nationally competitive talent.
