Angul,(OT Webdesk)— Sudipta Swain, the former president of the BJP youth wing in Angul, was arrested by Bantala police on charges of mental and physical harassment, intimidation, and issuing threats to a woman in the local area.
The complaint, filed by a young woman from Bantala, alleges that Swain used obscene language, brandished weapons outside her residence, and routinely harassed her during her daily commute. The woman also reported threats against her family.
