Two Senior Odisha IPS Officers Deputed to BSF in Key Roles

Bhubaneswar (Orissa Today): In a significant development for Odisha’s law enforcement community, two senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers have been deputed to the Border Security Force (BSF) to take up critical leadership roles.

According to an announcement, IPS officer Ravi Kant will serve as Inspector General (IG) of the BSF, while IPS officer Mitrabhanu Mahapatra has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
