Bisam Cuttack (Orissa Today), May 15: Senior Congress leader and former minister Dambarudhar Ulaka has passed away at the age of 89 in a private hospital in Bhubaneswar after being treated for an illness for a few days.
Ulaka served as a 7-time Congress MLA from Bishmaktak and held various ministerial positions, including the Minister of Odisha Home Department, Forest Department, Mining Department, Urban Development Department, and Water and Sanitation Department. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, and a son.
